‘Hello! My name is Taja Jordan. I'm the new case manager for Community Outreach Advocates. I enjoy being with my family and traveling with my friends! Who am I? I’d say i have quite the ‘go-getter’ personality. I’m determined to make something of myself and i am extremely blessed to have had the opportunities I’ve been given along with the experiences. I previously worked as a Direct support professional and i loved everything about it. One of many things I've learned is that i helped people in ways that i never could have imagined. without them i wouldn’t be able to do what i love. i knew right away that i wanted to continue in this field. I get a completely different sense of reward from helping and taking care of people. It is what I’m meant to do. My future goal is to become a RN and eventually become a flight nurse for med flex. As of right now, i look forward to spreading the company and taking on more clients and setting them up with more people that share my passion.’ Hi I'm Lori! I have been a nurse 25 +years. My name is LaKeysha Freeny. I have been a registered nurse for nine years. I began my career as a health care administrator. Although, I enjoyed the work, it wasn’t until I went back to school to gain the clinical knowledge and participate in hands on care, that I begin to feel fulfilled in the healthcare field. I have experience as a medical/surgical nurse, an acute care nurse and a home health nurse. I obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Valparaiso University and Master of Health Services degree from Central Michigan University. Currently, I am pursuing my second Masters degree. I am working towards gaining licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Indiana University Northwest.
In my spare time, which I rarely have, I enjoy traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends. I have two adult children that I am extremely proud of. My daughter is serving as a flight medic in the United States Air Force and my son is a graduate of West Point, the United States Military Academy and he is currently serving as a First Lieutenant in Vicenza, Italy |
