We've been debating the best way to provide access to efficient personal services for our Clients. Healthcare doesn't like to change. It's slow to change because many times the incentives to change are pointed in the opposite direction. Over the years health care delivery has changed- but mainly in a "piecemeal" way to deal with a specific issues.

  MISSION STATEMENT:
Our mission and goals are to provide adequate home health care to all in need. We have seen how the system has had a great impact on our homeless, elderly and the disable.  They often don't have anyone to assist and direct them as to where they can receive care and treatment. Our goal is to bridge that gap with loving, caring and competent actions. Our purpose is to educate, build, guide and make our people know they are loved and care about. As a non-profit organization we have helped people find life again by aiding them in recovery from homelessness, debt, lack of education, with job leads, medical and healthcare issues. Community Outreach Advocates Incorporated a nonprofit agency has implemented a residential personal service agency serving families all over the state of Indiana. Through generous human capital investments and with the assistance of Indiana’s Department of human services we will exceed client expectations. We will be servicing single and calm households and affluent two-income households. These families will be provided service from our high-level professionalism and trustworthiness that we offer.

 

Our personal service agency’s mission is to provide our clients with all residential cleaning services and environmentally sound completely trustworthy and professional manner. Our services will exceed the expectations of our customers.

Covered Services

Homemaker services are delivered when the participant is unable to manage the general cleaning and household activities, or the primary caregiver who is regularly responsible for these activities is unable to manage the household activities or is temporarily absent.

Homemakers may monitor the person’s well-being while in the home, including home safety.





 

 



We offer a variety of duties to our clients from grocery shopping, washing clothes, linen, supplying tolietries for those in need. We consider ourselves a home based business. We care about you and want you to feel right at home were you belong.

Homemaker home management activities may include assistance with the following:

·  • Meal preparation

·  • Shopping for food, clothing and supplies

·  • Simple household repairs

·  • Arranging for transportation.

Homemaker home management providers deliver home cleaning services, and while onsite, provide assistance with home management activities as needed.

Homemaker / assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
